Granny Smith & Aged Cheddar Salad

This Granny Smith & Aged Cheddar Salad showcases fresh flavors of autumn. Tart apples, crunchy candied pecans, and spicy arugula meet their match tossed with our robust and balanced 7 Year Proprietor’s Grand Reserve Aged Cheddar. Serve it alongside grilled chicken or pork, or enjoy it on it’s own!

What You’ll Need:

  • 7 Year Proprietor’s Grand Reserve Aged Cheddar, shredded

  • Granny Smith apples, cubed

  • Arugula

  • Candied pecans

  • Rustic Cider & Mustard Vinaigrette

    • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    • 1/2 cup olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard

    • 1 teaspoon shallot, minced

    • 1 tablespoon honey

How To Make It:

  1. Prepare your ingredients. For the vinaigrette, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
